Play Group and Nursery

The Play Group and Nursery curricular is based on the British early years foundation stage and the Nigerian nursery school curriculum. We focus on these six learning and developmental areas.

1. Personal, Social and emotional development
2. Communication, language and literacy
3. Problem Solving, reasoning and Numeracy
4. Knowledge and understanding of the world
5. Creative development
6. Physical development

All these areas are connected to one another and are equally important. All areas of learning and development are under-pinned by the principles of the British early years foundation stage with relevance to our Nigerian curriculum and environment. A wide range of materials is visual, Montessori art and craft.
